The short version

Spliff De Oro only collects what it needs to issue your Certified Joint Roller diploma and to stay in touch if you want that. Your information is never sold.

What we collect

Your name, as you want it printed on your diploma.
Your email address.
Your quiz score and the date your diploma was issued.
Your confirmation that you are 21 or older and live where adult use is legal.

Why we collect it

To issue your diploma and give it a unique number.
To email you a link to your diploma.
To send occasional notes from Spliff De Oro, only after you confirm your email. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
So anyone you share your diploma with can confirm it is real.

What is public

Anyone who has your diploma number can look it up on the verify page and see the name on the diploma, the diploma number and the date it was issued. Your email address is never shown.

Where it is kept

The diploma registry is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Your name and email are also kept by Kit, the service that sends our emails. Both act only on our behalf.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser remembers your answer to the 21+ question so you are not asked again, and that information never leaves your device.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with the link at the bottom of any email. To have your diploma and information deleted, email hello@spliffdeoro.com from the address you used, and it will be removed.

Adults only

This site is for adults 21 and older in places where adult use is legal. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
